Livingston County saw a 5.3% increase in sales year over year with a 4.4% increase in pricing at a median price of $384,000 as well as a 41% decrease in days on the market. Listings were up in Livingston County by over 10%.

Oakland County saw a 6% decrease in sales year over year with a 9.5% increase in pricing at a median price of $341,500 as well as a 8.3% increase in days on the market. Listings were up in Oakland County by over 7.5%. 

Washtenaw County saw a 3.1% increase in sales year over year with a 4.3% increase in pricing at a median price of $391,000 as well as a 13.5% increase in days on the market. Listings were up in Washtenaw County by over 18.9%.
